buyers are advised to read through this page
carefully. All policies and rules stated here will
apply unconditionally and must receive your full
agreement and acceptance before you place your order
with us.

Our Service and
Quality Assurance
Thunderscopes.com sells only products obtained
through Malaysian Authorised Distributors and all
products as such also have a legitimate warranty
from the manufacturer through the local distributor.
You will not need to apply or wait for the overseas
manufacturer's RMA instructions before sending your
product in for servicing or repair if it is still
under warranty from us.
All products are
given a local quality inspection prior to collection
for delivery by our appointed logistics agents. This
is to ensure that the buyer will received their
purchased item in the best condition possible.
Therefore buyers do not have to worry about
receiving wrong, missing or damaged products at
their doorstep, which is the present situation when
ordering directly from `grey channels' or sources
overseas.

For products
purchased from us where the warranty period has
expired, we will still continue to provide the best
possible service as long as the manufacturer is able
to provide original parts and the product is not
discontinued. Reasonable charges for labour and
parts will apply for items sent in without warranty.
In the event that original parts are no longer
available from the manufacturer, especially in the
case of long discontinued products, we can undertake
to provide service or repairs using alternative
compatible parts, but we will inform the product
owner of such a situation before carrying out any
job.
Product Warranty
Thunderscopes.com provides a 1 year Limited Warranty
for all products unless otherwise stated in the
product page. Batteries, whether rechargeable or
not, and power adapters included with any product
are only warranted for a period of 3 months from the
date of delivery.
All warranty
claims will have to be processed via email to our
service mail box. A unique RMA number will be
provided for each case. Do not send any product for
service or repair until the RMA number has been
given by email in reply. This number must be written
or printed securely on the shipping box, together
with name, address and contact details of the
owner/buyer. All enquiries concerning any product
sent in will be referred to by the RMA number to
avoid confusion.

The warranty
covers manufacturing defects but excludes issues
caused by wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse,
acts of god, power supply irregularities, neglect,
unauthorized repairs or modification of the product.
Minor cosmetic flaws may exist when any product is
shipped from the manufacturing facilities. These are
not considered as claimable under warranty, as long
as they do not negatively affect the functionality
of the product.
The warranty
does not include transport, delivery or handling
charges incurred in the transportation of the
equipment/accessories to and from the distributor's
service center. All logistics costs will be borne by
the buyer at his/her own cost. The buyer can arrange
for own delivery and collection directly from our
service centre at no extra cost as long as a prior
appointment is made with our service representative.
Thunderscopes.com has the right to impose a minimal
handling charge of RM50 for any product sent for
service if it is found to be not eligible for
warranty claims.
We will fix or
replace the product within 30 to 45 days of
receiving the RMA item if it is received within the
warranty period.
We reserve the
right to reject any warranty claims or impose extra
service charges if it is found that the product was
not originally purchased from us.
Any product
which is not claimed or collected after completion
of repair within six months of such notification via
email and or telephone call will be disposed off
accordingly to recover expenses or cost incurred.

Software
Any software, if
included with any product, on optical disk, is
provided on an as is, where is, basis. We will
provide instructions on how to obtain replacement
copies/upgrades of the software via internet
download from the manufacturer's support site if the
user is unable to install the software from the
optical disk. We cannot guarantee that the software
will be fully functional on every personal computer
platform. No software training or support will be
provided by our service representatives whatsoever.
Order &
Acceptance
Thunderscopes.com will, upon receipt of an order
instruction and proper payment, arrange delivery as
fast as possible through appointed logistics agents.
In normal cases, this will be carried out within 2 –
4 working days. However, there can be circumstances
beyond our control which may delay the transit
period. We will do our best to provide fresh,
updated estimated time of arrivals with each buyer of any unusual situation arises. Please refer to
the provided airway bill/tracking codes wherever
available.

In the unlikely
event that any product offered for sale becomes
unavailable for whatsoever reason, thunderscopes.com
reserves the right to cancel any order irrespective
of confirmation status of order from our webstore.
If payment by credit card, online or direct bank-in
has already been processed for any order cancelled
by us, thunderscopes.com shall, in the shortest time
possible, issue a credit (refund) to the buyer's
credit card account or bank account in the amount of
the value of the payment made. No claims for damages
due to this action will be entertained.
All Prices shown
are strictly for purchases online through our
webstore and related payment processes. We do not
provide for walk-in or self collection shopping.
Any prices,
specifications and descriptions of products listed
for sale are subject to change without prior notice
and may not reflect the latest data available. We
