Delivery Matters

thunderscopes.com has full discretion on the selection of logistics agents to handle delivery of purchased items. Customers are not allowed, without our prior permission, to provide their own collection services or choose a third party agent to pickup their ordered item(s).

Standard Procedure

Upon receipt of confirmation of an order with full payment, the item ordered will be immediately processed for an appropriate logistics agent to pickup and deliver to the named person at the address specified by the purchaser during the ordering process.

The usual delivery period is between 2 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday, not including Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays. Some Malaysian States have their weekends on Friday, so deliveries are not possible on those days in those locales).

If you fail to receive your purchased product after 7 working days, do contact us by phone, fax or email, and we will run a trace on the transit situation and get back to you quickly.

Limitations

We cannot deliver to Post Office (P.O.)Boxes.

We will not be responsible for non delivery in the event that an invalid address is stated. If the purchaser requests another delivery attempt using a different address, we reserve the right to impose additional charges. If there is no further instruction from the purchaser within 14 days from the first delivery attempt, the item ordered will be considered delivered and sale fully completed.

We can only provide fast delivery to major towns in Peninsula Malaysia and Pulau Pinang.

If the address provided is in less accessible locations or not normally serviced by local courier services or Pos Malaysia, we have the right to either make alternative slower delivery solutions or cancel the order and provide a refund.

East Malaysia & Brunei
